Kelly Bastidas

Born and raised in Jersey City, NJ, Kelly spent her childhood years going back and forth between Jersey City and Queens to visit family. She is a world traveler at heart, has visited 43 countries and is fluent in Italian and Spanish. She has a passion for real estate-- taking redevelopment projects from land to new-construction and is constantly connecting with developers and investors, whilst positioning herself to provide value in real estate transactions. Formerly with IPRG, she is now with West Hoboken Commercial and predominantly focuses on Jersey City and studying its redevelopment plans. She is licensed in New York and New Jersey.
