Three Oaks Hospice

Three Oaks Hospice is a provider of hospice and palliative care in the Tinley Park-Chicago area. Our company is dedicated to providing services that are designed to improve the well-being of our patients along with their families.

Our main goal is to help patients maintain an optimum level of comfort, which usually occurs when symptoms are relieved and social needs are met. We meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, and financial needs of each patient.

Residents can receive care in their homes or at one of our facilities. Our team consists of doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, pharmacists and many other professionals who share a common goal - making sure residents have access to high-quality healthcare services.
