EMS (Electro Muscular Stimulation) training offers a powerful advantage, helping you get stronger, increase performance, correct muscle imbalances, improve mobility and posture, reduce or eliminate pain, and break through plateaus. EMS activates up to 30% more muscle tissue than traditional workouts, making muscles work up to 18 times more effectively. Without EMS, we typically activate only 55-60% of our muscle tissue, but with this technology, clients often achieve an impressive 85-90% muscular activation-leading to faster results in less time.
