Our Creator, after years of living in Hawaii and traveling the islands, he found himself longing for the exquisite flavors that the local cuisine provided. The flavors never escaped his mind and he decided to recreate these flavors, choosing the taco as the perfect vessel for sampling this exquisite cuisine.
