I am a fully qualified BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 10 years of experience and training in the field of mental health. During this time, I have worked in both private and public healthcare developing evidence-based skills in treating Anxiety Disorders (including Generalised Anxiety Disorder, OCD, Social Anxiety Disorder, Specific Phobia, Panic Disorder and Health Anxiety), Depression, low self-esteem and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I incorporate third-wave CBT strategies (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Mindfulness) in my practice when appropriate.

I am a naturally empathetic therapist, and one of my key strengths lies in my ability to establish strong, genuine therapeutic relationships with clients. I promote change and growth through collaboration and the application of current evidence-based CBT methods. I abide by the policies and ethical standards laid down by the BABCP and I have full professional indemnity to work as a therapist in the UK.
