Holding a Doctorate in Psychology (Marriage and Family Therapy Specialization), a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology (MFT specialization), and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus on Neuropsychology my educational journey has been rich and diverse, equipping me with a profound understanding of the human mind and relationships. At the core of my therapeutic approach is the Bowen Family Systems theory, rooted in Psychoanalysis. This perspective allows me to view an individual's challenges not just on a personal level, but within the larger context of their family and societal systems. I help my patients unravel and address deep-rooted issues by bringing unconscious patterns to the forefront fostering meaningful and lasting change.
