With a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Nutrition and a Diploma of Health Science in Western Herbal Medicine, Charles combines his extensive knowledge with a holistic approach to health and wellness. His services are available both face-to-face in Sydney and via telehealth for clients across Australia and worldwide.

Personal Journey and Expertise
Charles' journey into clinical nutrition was deeply personal. Born and raised in Birmingham, UK, he faced significant challenges, including the loss of his father at 17 and the traumatic experiences of serving on the front lines in Afghanistan as a British Army infantryman. These experiences led to struggles with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. However, his faith as a Muslim Sufi and his interest in self-development, psychology, health, fitness, and nutrition guided him towards a path of holistic healing.In 2016, Charles moved to Australia and transitioned from a career in online marketing to clinical nutrition and naturopathy. This shift was driven by his passion for holistic health and was further reinforced when he was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, a debilitating autoimmune disease. Through dietary interventions and mind-body healing techniques, Charles managed to overcome his condition and now lives a symptom-free lifestyle without medication. His personal success story fuels his mission to empower others to take control of their health.
