My clients often tell me how safe and comfortable they feel in our work together. To me, this is the most important aspect of the therapeutic relationship. I dedicate myself to creating an environment of trust, acceptance and empowerment. I want to create an atmosphere where my clients feel they can safely discuss their innermost thoughts, feelings and fears without any judgement. Over the past 17 years I have helped my clients explore and learn healthier ways to cope with and change the parts of their lives that are hurting them or holding them back. I’m incredibly passionate about the work I do and am truly dedicated toward helping people find happier, healthier, more fulfilling lives.
