I provide online therapy in CA for high achieving women of color wanting to get relief from the stress and pain of the pressures from their personal and professional lives. My clients struggle with shutting their brains off at night or during quiet times, suicidal thoughts or just thoughts of death or escaping, and often feel disappointed that they don't feel better after doing all the "right things." They are successful and feel miserable. They are tired. They do not want to go to therapy again because it wasn't helpful in the past because of how well they present. They are wanting relief because this isn't working anymore.
