Rajesh is the author of the Book, Retire on your terms, released in June 2023. It is more than a money management book on retirement planning. It guides the reader in achieving financial freedom and doing what one has always wanted to lead a meaningful and fulfilling retirement life.

Financial Radiance is also associated as a Personal Finance Expert with two non-profit organizations: Shout for Help and Building Bridges Foundation.

Financial Radiance also conducts educational sessions in Schools, Colleges & Corporates across India, coaching people on personal finance and enabling them to take responsible financial and life decisions.

Rajesh Minocha is the founder of Financial Radiance. Rajesh is an Engineer and MBA (Finance) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. Rajesh is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), a certification by Financial Planning Standards Board Ltd. (FPSB).

He started his career with ICICI and later worked with leading multinational technology companies such as HCL Technologies and Wipro. He concluded his corporate career with Franklin Templeton Investments after working with them for over a decade.

After having worked for over 21 years in diverse areas in Finance and Technology, Rajesh decided to pursue his passion from informally advising colleagues on nuances of personal financial planning into a full-time entrepreneurship and incorporated Financial Radiance in 2016. The founder of Financial Radiance is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-117902).
