Intentional Care

Intentional Care provides in-home care for NDIS and HCP (Older People) recipients. Managed by Stephanie, an RN with over 30 years of experience, and staffed by RNs, ENs and Support Workers. We work from Woolgoolga to Macksville. Staff are well trained and all packages are managed by an RN. Intentional Care offers comprehensive RN/EN services to ensure our clients receive the expert care and support they need. Our Nurses are trained to provide wound care services, advice for individuals with chronic conditions and can conduct health assessments to identify any potential health risks and develop a plan to manage them. Support Workers offer comprehensive assistance with daily living to help our clients maintain their independence.
