Integrity Disability Hub was established in Liverpool as a direct response to local community demand for high-quality disability care services in the Greater Western Sydney area. Our team of Disability Support Workers and NDIS Plan Managers are passionately driven to support people living with disabilities in achieving their goals and enhancing their quality of life.
Our staff is accredited, qualified and thoroughly screened to ensure that all of our clients receive the best possible disability services in Australia. We have a highly dedicated and diverse employee pool that specialises in several disability support service areas. As a highly recognised NDIS Registered Provider, we collaborate closely with clients and their families to better plan for their goals and NDIS aspirations. We are happy to assist you in managing your NDIS Plan, with a particular emphasis on home care and community involvement.
