Hi, I’m Dr. Kylee, founder of West Coast Wellness!

I was born and raised in Holland, Michigan, and I will always be grateful to call the west coast home. I attended Grand Valley State University for both my Bachelor of Science in Clinical Exercise Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degrees. I am passionate about using exercise as medicine to help my patients return to their hobbies without surgery or injections.

I have spent my entire career working in sports rehabilitation. I enjoy working with athletes of all ages, from middle schoolers to collegiate athletes and active adults. I have advanced training in sports rehabilitation, manual therapy techniques, post-operative ACL recovery and return-to-sport, blood flow restriction training, and dry needling. I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I utilize this skill set to bridge the gap between rehab and performance.

I am passionate about providing outstanding individualized physical therapy care without being confined by insurance regulations. My hobbies include lifting weights, walking my dog, playing pickleball, attempting to golf, and boating. What hobbies can I help you return to?
