Refine is a full-service general contractor and construction management firm. We cut our teeth in the residential market building custom homes and remodeling investment properties. Our goal moving forward is to transition into commercial work with tenant improvements, office build-outs, commercial refurbishment work, and eventually ground-up commercial to include site development. We are a very lean company with a large network of subcontractors and construction professionals; our relationships allow us to punch-up and take on projects typical of companies 10-20x our size.
