I was inspired to go into medicine after my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer and was asked to change her diet without any guidance. Together, we explored nutrition and how powerful lifestyle changes can be. My clinical focus areas are diabetes education, Type 1 and Type 2, gestational diabetes, prediabetes, insulin dosing, meter initiation, CGM placement, and diagnostic interruption.
