The Menopause Education Center was established in 2020 when our founder Rachel Anne began her own perimenopause journey, looking to the internet for information but finding it overwhelming, confusing, disjointed, and at times simply inaccurate. And what she did find seemed targeted towards a demographic that was older than she felt. She knew she must not be the only one struggling to find accurate, reliable, and organized help for navigating menopause, designed around contemporary women in their 40s and 50s. So she gathered a team of experts, educators, and therapists to create our courses. All of our data is curated from academic sources, business journals, and the latest scientific studies. We’ve conquered the chaos that is the internet.
