We have a large team of fully qualified England Boxing (Level 1 & 2) coaches who have all passed DBS Enhanced checks/Safeguarding and First Aid courses. We help teach a variety of classes for all ages/abilities.

We aim to create a safe and inclusive environment to help our diverse/multinational community with both junior and young adult boxing/fitness programs. We help keep kids off the streets and boost self-defense/self-awareness and self-confidence as well as both physical and mental issues as well as special educational needs (ADHD).

We encourage young individuals to engage in boxing and fitness/activities to give them a purpose in life and help their overall well-being. We offer affordable membership to make it accessible to individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds.

We are inclusive in welcoming participants from all ages/backgrounds and genders. We help encourage skill/development for all ages and have a partnership with local schools. We have recently agreed a contract with a specialist school/academy who support students from previous trauma or permanent exclusion with the aim to help to rehabilitate students. We are positively impacting the local community through our boxing classes.
