Lauren R Albers, MD

Lauren R. Albers, M.D., is a cardiologist with Norton Heart & Vascular Institute. She has clinical experience in preventive cardiology as well as women’s heart health. Dr. Albers earned her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine, West Indies, Grenada. She completed her residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at University of Louisville Hospital, Kentucky.
Dr. Albers is passionate about cardiovascular health because she wants to provide patients with the proper tools to engage in their own health inside and outside of the medical setting. A Florida native, she currently lives in Louisville with her fiancé and enjoys hiking and camping in her free time.
