Bailey R West, APRN

Bailey West is a family nurse practitioner with Norton Community Medical Associates. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition from the University of North Florida, Jacksonville, and Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Bellarmine University, Louisville, Kentucky. Her goals as a provider are to build a relationship with her patients based on trust, collaboration and transparency, and to deliver excellent care to every patient. Her priority is to treat each patient as an individual, using a holistic approach to care for the whole person rather than just the disease. Her areas of clinical interest are diabetes and mental health, with a special interest in Type 1 diabetes. Bailey is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
