MercyOne Ankeny Urgent Care

MercyOne Urgent Care offers in-person walk-in appointments 7 days a week. Schedule by phone or online. You can also book an at-home telehealth visit online or by phone. Online scheduling is available to patients who have already visited a MercyOne clinic in the past. New patients please call or walk into an urgent care, do not use online scheduling. If you have severe COVID-19 symptoms please do NOT use telehealth; call 911 or visit our emergency care immediately. Do NOT use telehealth for those under age 2 or if you have shortness of breath or chest pain.
