Bob Dailey’s practice is the representation of homeowners associations (HOAs) and condominium associations, and the development of new condominiums. Bob represents HOAs and condominium associations in all areas, including Americans with Disabilities Act claims, covenant violations, collection of past due assessments, loans for homeowners associations and condominium associations, insurance requirements, as well as many other matters. Bob also assists real estate developers in the creation of new condominiums. Including making sure new condominiums comply with the requirements of the new Nebraska condominium statutes, as well as taking advantage of the recent pro-real estate developer condominium act.
