Happy Making, House by House. Caitlin is a native San Franciscan who moved East - East Bay, that is - to raise her family. A breast cancer diagnosis in 2017 took her on a year sabbatical to Bali that only made her appreciate her passion for guiding clients in one of the most complex real estate markets in the country all the more. She adores houses, her very loud children, and world wandering, not always in that order. When not prepping her clients’ homes to maximize their biggest asset, you might find her practicing French, fast walking (her only mode) in her Elmwood neighborhood or supplying the wine and never the food at extended family dinners.
