Sarah Butterworth, LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Sarah Butterworth, LCSW, fosters a safe and collaborative environment tailored to each individual. She provides quality care through a strengths-based, trauma-informed and culturally aware lens to help individuals navigate difficulties brought on by life circumstances and mental health symptoms. Using a systems approach, Sarah focuses on the mind-body connection, blending relational, behavioral and psychodynamic theories to deliver holistic care.

Sarah received her bachelor’s degree in political science from Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts and her master’s in social work from the Graduate School of Social Work at the University of Denver.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys trail running, backpacking and playing the mountain dulcimer.
