Cody Zygmont, NP

Cory Zygmont is an experienced and Board-certified Nurse Practitioner at Prima CARE. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth and his Master of Science as a Nurse Practitioner at Simmons University. He is an Adjunct Clinical Professor at Johnson & Wales University Physician Assistant Program.


Mr. Zygmont was a Registered Nurse at Saint Anne’s Hospital before joining Prima CARE. He is dedicated to the well-being of his patients and is expert in various aspects of outpatient medicine. At Prima CARE, he has provided care in nearby skilled nursing facilities, made house calls, and provides more acute patient care for unanticipated illnesses and minor injuries in the Fall River Ambulatory “Walk-in” Clinic. He sees outpatients in the Prima CARE office of Dr. Charles Cummings in Tiverton.


Mr. Zygmont grew up in Swansea and has been a member of the Prima CARE team of Primary Care providers since 2018. As an affiliate of the Steward Health Care Network, his patients are hospitalized at Saint Anne’s Hospital, when necessary.
