Heidi Philpot, MD

Heidi Philpot, MD, is a family medicine physician at Altru Family Medicine Residency providing a broad level of care. Dr Philpot enjoys providing obstetrical care, caring for hospitalized patients and nursing home residents. In her role at Altru Family Medicine Residency she is actively involved in the teaching and training of residents. Dr Philpot is inspired and motivated by her patients and feels it is humbling to be welcomed into peoples lives and be trusted with providing their medical care. When not delivering a baby, caring for a hospitalized patient or teaching a resident, she enjoys time with her family, cooking and running.
