I see patients 13 years of age and up. I am passionate about mental health, preventative health, chronic disease management and holistic approaches to healthcare. My background is in working in the public health field. I became an adult health nurse primary care practitioner because I enjoy learning from my patients and developing mutual trust. Trust, compassion and transparency are important foundations for my practice model. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and my dogs, listening to a variety of music, exploring the outdoors, watching suspenseful action/adventure movies and DIY projects.
