MAC’s Kettle Corn Co. was established in 2004 by Jan and Moe Moore. Their daughter-in-law, Erika, who had been working alongside them since 2007, purchased the business in 2015 and renamed it to MAC's Gourmet Popcorn. A year after the purchase, Erika moved the business from its original location to its current home on Nason Street in Lisbon.
