Russell Skinner

Russell D Skinner is an experienced insurance agent with Georgia Farm Bureau serving the Oconee County area. His primary focus is to provide customized insurance solutions for every client, working closely with them to make sure they understand and are happy with their coverages. Russell joined Georgia Farm Bureau in Oconee County June of 2023.

Russell owned and operated a utility construction company for eight years before making the transition over into the insurance industry. He has been part owner/operator of an independent insurance agency for the last 13 years handling a wide range of insurance needs for both personal and commercial lines. Russell has lived in Oconee for the past 18 years with his wife Erin, and three children Lexey, Bristol and Hampton.
