Hands of Hope Healthcare

Hands of Hope Health Care Center (HOHHC) is a 501(C)3 nonprofit healthcare organization established in January of 2012. Our mission is to increase access to affordable healthcare. The practice accepts Medicaid, Medicare, BlueCross BlueShield, Tricare, Cigna, Humana and self-pay. Healthcare services are provided to uninsured individuals at a low cost. The medical practice provides primary healthcare services to individuals across the lifespan from infancy to geriatrics. Our vision is to become a model healthcare practice that incorporates Christian values in managing care of individuals, families and communities while promoting optimal health.
