OUR STORY
In 1986, Frederick’s Flooring, Inc. in Baton Rouge, Louisiana was created by none other than my dad - Thomas Frederick Rasch AKA “Fred”. Specializing in the professional installation, sanding, and finishing of hardwood floors, this timeless craft was honed diligently throughout the years. My dad would get me out of the house during the summer months, and teach me everything he knew, and plant a seed that would flourish one day into something vast and invaluable.
Fast forward to the Great Flood of 2016, August 13th, the catalyst brought the opportunity forward to continue that legacy in tile, vinyl, laminate, and hardwood floor installation. Since then, we have overcome adversity and diffused challenges time and time again alongside great hardworking craftsmen and friends, with my wife Marissa, and 3 children Emma, Evan, and Emerie by my side.
