I'm a licensed professional mental health counselor and have been working directly with clients in a counseling role since 2013. I wont bore you with my back story, although Id be happy to share it if you're interested. Our sessions will be goal orientated while emphasizing the need for you to make personal changes in order to meet those goals. We will work together to overcome barriers, set realistic expectations and use your strengths to make the progress you're looking for.
