We’re Blues City CrossFit, and we’ve offering fitness classes here in Brentwood, MO, since 2019. We specialize in CrossFit, and we offer open gym in between our instructor-led classes, personal training, community events, and much more. We started this business to help our community whether it's working on injury prevention or just building a healthy lifestyle. We believe in welcoming everyone from novices to elites.
