We aim to reduce the trial-and-error approach commonly used in Western Medicine approaches by obtaining a more in-depth approach to genetic/inherited as well as environmental, cultural, and transgenerational factors that impact health and well-being. Using an integrative or whole brain-body approach to restoring wellness, taking into account genetic, transgenerational trauma, phase of life bioenergetic and hormonal changes, environmental and food sensitivities that underly root causes of symptoms and disease states. Our goal is to reduce or eliminate dependency on pharmaceuticals and heal, not just manage trauma or debilitating mental states.
