My name is Donna Kirkland. I'm a mother and grandmom from Atlanta. I started doing taxes about 17 yrs ago part-time and after 2 tax seasons I knew l wanted to do it fulltime so, I returned year after year to work in small tax firms and eventually I opened my own firm. I knew I had to continually educate myself to stay abrupt and knowledgeable in the tax industry to learn as much as I could about taxes, credits, deductions, laws, and ethics in this business to remain as an asset and to be a resourceful tax professional.
