The Iowa Clinic - South Waukee Campus

The Iowa Clinic's Waukee Campus offers cutting-edge medical treatments and patient-centric care. This campus is located at the corner of Tallgrass Lane and Grand Prairie Parkway. Patient parking is located on the south side of the building with ample handicap spots and valet parking available. Our South Waukee clinic will include an Outpatient Surgery Center, Urgent Care, Primary Care and select specialty care. Our Waukee campus serves the surrounding areas of Grimes, Adel, Van Meter, De Soto, Booneville, Urbandale and West Des Moines, as well as many others.

For patients being treated in our surgery center, the entrance is located on the south side with a dedicated discharge pick up lane on the east side of the building.

When seeking services from the Waukee Urgent Care facility, use the main entrance on the south side, After entering, turn left on the first floor and you will be greeted by the Urgent Care front desk.
