Sara Horne, FNP

Family Nurse Practitioner Sara Horne is a dedicated healthcare professional with a rich patient care and clinical practice background. She began her medical career serving as a certified nursing assistant playing a vital role in supporting nurses, ensuring patient comfort, and attending to their essential needs.

She continued her healthcare education further by pursuing and graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Francis Marion University. Sara went on to hone her skills through graduate clinical rotations spanning various healthcare settings. Continuing her academic and clinical journey, Sara achieved her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. This rigorous program equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide comprehensive care.

Throughout Sara’s clinical rotations, she gained hands-on experience in diverse healthcare settings, including family care, reproductive health, pediatric and adult primary care and emergency medicine.
