Kathy K. Bak, MD

Kathy Bak, MD, is a board-certified family physician with Providence Medical Group-Cedar Mill. She emphasizes preventive and proactive care, and takes a holistic approach that encompasses physical, emotional and mental well-being. “My most important role is to be a trusted advisor, guiding patients to a life of wellness and happiness,” she says. “It’s my goal to help you live a healthy, full and abundant life, unencumbered by the limitations of disease and illness.” A graduate of the University of California, Riverside, Dr. Bak earned her medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. She completed her family practice internship and residency at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill.
