Enjoy a live display of culinary showmanship of our chefs preparing irresistible a-la-minute dishes at one of the four styles of kitchens: Raw & Seafood; Grill; Noodle & Wrap; or Wok, Fry & Premium Barbeque kitchens. On the weekend, guests can also experience Estate's Grand Sunday Brunch. This seafood buffet in Singapore also provides a Seafood Dinner experience every Thursday and a "Lobster, Crab & Seafood Delights" experience on Friday and Saturday.
