Casey Wilson, FNP-C

Casey grew up in Mars Hill, North Carolina. He obtained his Associates in Nursing from Mayland Community College in Spruce Pine, NC and later obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN. After working as a nurse for several years, he obtained a Master's of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Carson-Newman University in Jefferson City, TN. He has over 10 years of various nursing experience, including working within intensive care (ICU), and emergency rooms (ED).

Prior to working at FMC, Casey was a flight nurse for nearly 4 years. While he thoroughly enjoyed flying around and saving lives, it has been a blessing to serve the people of his community in primary care. His clinical interests include diabetes and hypertension.

Casey currently lives in Harrogate with his wife and 2 daughters. He enjoys spending time outdoors, and with family and friends. He enjoys biking, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
