Based at 10 Narrows Wayin Cotuit, Massachusetts, Backyard ADUs build custom small homes in backyards or on raw land. We can handle everything from small house design to permitting and even prefab DIY shells. Not to be confused with tiny houses, small homes are perfect for people who are downsizing, prefer a smaller house that is net zero, or want to build an in-law home/granny flat/casita on their property, also known as an accessory dwelling unit. Our design plans include homes ranging in size from 425 to 1,300 square feet, and are fully customizable based on your needs.
