Waterfront MMA Academy provides excellent training that will ensure you walk away with all the necessary tools to assist you in getting in the best shape of your life - both mentally and physically.

Our classes will improve your mental focus, challenge you in different ways, but overall improve your quality of life. In addition to taking a variety of classes in different fighting styles, we also provide weight-training equipment and offer strength and conditioning classes coached by our in house Personal Trainer.

The Waterfront MMA offers open gym/mat use and classes included in your one single monthly fee. This will allow you to experience many types of classes and will make it easier to fit your workouts into your schedule.
