Krista Kozacki, M.D.

Krista M. Kozacki, M.D. is a seasoned medical doctor with more than three decades of experience in the field of Family Medicine. She is driven by a deep sense of compassion and a commitment to providing top-quality patient care.

Dr. Kozacki most recently served a diverse patient population at a federally qualified health center, and prior to that, operated and provided medical care in her private practice. Her responsibilities included conducting physical examinations, diagnosing medical conditions, monitoring and treating chronic conditions pertaining to but not limited to cardiac, pulmonary, endocrine, and hypertensive disease, offering guidance on nutrition, exercise, and disease prevention. She consistently maintained thorough patient records, monitored test results, and played a pivotal role in training and supervising medical professionals.

Dr. Kozacki’s approach focuses on comprehensive care, treating both acute and chronic illnesses, collaborating with specialists to ensure optimal care and outcomes, promoting a holistic multidisciplinary care plan for total patient well-being. Dr. Kozacki's educational background includes a Family Medicine Residency at McLeod Regional Medical Center, a medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Canisius College.
