Metairie, LA:In 1930, William C McFarland established what would become Clockwork Insurance Services in the heart of New Orleans, Louisiana. He and his team were focused on providing excellent customer service and tailored insurance solutions for clients in the greater New Orleans area. These areas of focus remained paramount for William’s son, Charles McFarland, who took over the agency from his father, and they have become the pillars of Clockwork Insurance, which is now owned and operated by Charles’s daughter, Charlotte McFarland, and her husband Mark Dufour.
