Dr. Shiv Patel

Dr. Shiv Patel is a physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) doctor that joined AOA Orthopedic Specialists. Dr. Patel is experienced with diagnosing and treating patients with a full spectrum of disorders. He performs minimally invasive procedures like epidurals, medial branch blocks, nerve blocks, neurotomies, joint injections, SCS trials/implants SI fusions and more.

Dr. Patel graduated with his Doctor of Medicine from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in 2016 and completed his internship there in 2017. He completed his residency at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX in 2020 and completed his fellowship in pain medicine at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein Medical School in New York in 2021.
