Our goal is to pursue the results our clients desire. We understand how busy our clients are, and we don’t want to waste their time. Business owners will often complain that their counsel bills them high fees without always getting something in return. We offer a flat fee so clients aren’t in for a surprise – and we still work just as diligently to get them what they want. However, if our clients prefer we bill hourly, we can do that. Whether our clients need help with corporate governance, fundraising, employment disputes or negotiating commercial contracts, they can expect to have someone from our team work closely with them and operate on-site at their place of business to ensure they have constant communication with our team.
