Marcus Live! Bar & Grille

Located within the retail and entertainment complex American Dream and adjacent to Meadowlands Sports Complex, Marcus Live Bar & Grille serves as a culinary centerpiece for visitors and an escape from city life. Led by Chef Marcus Samuelsson and with a menu emblematic of his personal cooking style, Marcus Live features everything from oysters on the half shell and tavern-style pizza to an assortment of steaks and barbecue to a selection of his signature items like Brown Sugar Wings and Old Bay Crab Cakes. There are also large format, shareable options, such as the “Garden State Jubilee” with rice and peas, grilled shrimp, fried chicken, sliced ribeye, vegetable couscous, and charred broccolini with optional surf and turf upgrades.
