Dr. Mann grew up in San Jose, California and earned his undergraduate degree at the University of California in Davis, California. He went on to earn his medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Cupecoy, St. Maarten. 

 

Dr. Mann then pursued family medicine training and completed an addiction medicine fellowship certified by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) while at the University of California in Riverside, California. 

 

During this training, he worked at the internationally renowned Hazelden Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California.
