Jenn Styer Founded Sell or Dwell in 2017 which is powered by her company Sell or Dwell Real Estate and Design, LLC (est. 2018) based on her passion for design, luxury management, organization, and the opportunity to work closely with real estate clients to reach their esthetic and monetary property goals in SWFL with buyers or sellers. Jenn shares market expertise from 12 years of living, working, and playing in Naples as a local specialist and passionate paradise resident!
Jenn’s main focus is serving the customer by challenging the status quo. In fact, after completing projects, Jenn’s clients often tell her “no one would have done all of this for me.” It is because of that, Jenn finds differentiating her offerings with attention to detail to deliver value is the most rewarding part of her work.
Jenn studied Art and Business at Stockton University and graduated as valedictorian from Design school in SoCal. After graduating; she went to work as a designer before managing luxury stores including Salvatore Ferragamo and T&Co specializing in customer experience and visuals. She also worked for KW and is currently at MARZUCCO Luxury Real Estate which helps her clients' homes remain relevant with respect to what buyers and homeowners are looking for in this specific SWFL market. As a result; she chooses the right furniture to match each property’s style or is able to successfully translate existing esthetics to match listing goals that achieve a “model home” high-profit result.
