Anton Ficek Social Security Disability Attorney

Tony Ficek grew up in Fargo, ND and graduated from Fargo North High School. He attended the University of Minnesota for his bachelor’s degree and obtained a J.D. from Mitchell Law School. After law school, Tony practiced Social Security Disability Law in Minneapolis, MN. He moved back to Fargo to be closer to family and to take on a position as an associate attorney at another law firm. Tony joined Ficek Law in 2017 and began practicing as an associate with his father, Gary Ficek. Tony became the sole owner of the law firm in 2023, when Gary retired. Tony has nearly a decade of practicing Social Security Disability Law. He prides himself in soft skills such as listening, sensitivity, and compassion. He also enjoys utilizing updates to the law, technology, and his perseverance in medical records gathering to obtain positive results for claimants.
