Kristin Cantiberos has been immersed in the mortgage industry since 2007, gaining extensive experience as a loan officer and in various operations roles. Her true passion is helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership. Whether her clients’ goals are to buy their first home or next home, refinance to lower their monthly bills or finance home renovations, she is dedicated to getting it done. She understands that every mortgage is unique to her clients’ goals, finances, and priorities. She works with them to find the right product for their plans, whether it is a conventional mortgage, a HELOC or renovation loan, or programs like FHA, USDA, or VA. She guides them from application to closing to bringing their homeownership dreams to life. Outside of her professional life, she is a proud wife and the mother of two amazing daughters. She was born and raised in Washington, where her love for the outdoors blossomed. However, in 2021, she and her family embarked on a new adventure, relocating to Arizona.
